February Advisory Committee Meeting

The Paid Family and Medical Leave Advisory Committee consists of eight voting members, four representing employees and four representing employers. An ESD representative and the ombuds are ex officio members. The committee may comment on rules, policies, and other specified matters and study issues as the committee determines. All meetings are open to the public. Note: this meeting was previously scheduled for Feb. 15 but was rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Rulemaking Phase Five Stakeholder Meeting

Stakeholder meetings are scheduled after draft rules have been made public. They are less formal than public hearings and give the public a chance to provide feedback on the draft and offer ideas on which rules might need improvement.
